When you book and pay in advance, we can plan our schedule more efficiently and pass those savings on to you. Pre-paid bookings reduce administrative costs and help us optimize driver routes.
Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
No hidden fees! All rates shown are final prices. The only exception is if you request additional hours beyond what you booked - extra time can be paid directly to the driver at the standard hourly rate.
What if I need more hours than the minimum for inter-region tours?
No problem! Simply multiply the hourly rate by your desired number of hours. For example, 10-13 people for 7 hours to McLaren Vale would be 7 × $110 = $770. Extra hours on the day can be paid directly to the driver.
Do these rates include GST?
Yes, all rates shown include GST. What you see is what you pay - no tax additions at checkout.
Can I customize my wine tour itinerary?
Absolutely! These rates cover your transport and designated driver service. You choose which wineries to visit. Our drivers have extensive local knowledge and can provide recommendations based on your preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for airport transfers and weekend wine tours. However, we can often accommodate same-day bookings subject to availability - call us to check.
What about waiting time for airport transfers?
Airport transfer rates include reasonable waiting time for flight arrivals (we track your flight). For extended waits or stops along the way, standard hourly rates may apply - we will discuss this when you book.
